Every MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ piece is handled with intention from our hands to yours.

All products are pre-made, in hand, and ready to ship unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page.

PROCESSING

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During collection releases, special events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Any product with a different fulfillment timeline will be clearly stated on the product page.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

LOST + DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your order leaves our hands, the tracking information provided by the carrier will be the most current source for its delivery status.

If your package appears lost or experiences an unusual delay, contact us and we will do our best to assist with the carrier and determine the next steps.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

These charges are separate from the purchase and shipping costs paid to MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local carriers.
