Throughout these Terms, “MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™,” “MR3,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™.
MR3 operates this website and online store, including the products, content, features, tools, and services made available to you (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced throughout them, outline your rights and responsibilities when accessing, shopping, or interacting with MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™.

Every MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ piece is built with intention.
We make every effort to accurately represent our garments and products through photography, descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, and other product details.
Please understand that colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, and display settings.
Our pieces may also feature natural variations resulting from materials, garment dyeing, washing, finishing, construction, and small-batch production. These characteristics are part of the individuality of the garment and are not necessarily considered defects.
Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing may be updated at any time without notice.
Many MR3 releases are produced in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to certain individuals, regions, or jurisdictions where permitted.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Placing an order with MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ constitutes an offer to purchase.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully process your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted or entered fulfillment, we may be unable to accommodate cancellations, size changes, address changes, or other modifications.
If an order must be changed, declined, or canceled, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, or phone number provided with your order.
Purchases are eligible for returns or exchanges only as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise authorized by us, products purchased through our store are intended for personal use and not unauthorized commercial resale or export.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed when your order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, or import charges.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the terms of the specific promotion will apply.
You agree to provide accurate and current purchase, payment, and account information.
By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your order.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING + DELIVERY
All processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Once an order is transferred to the applicable carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything behind MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ carries intention.
Our Services — including the MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ and MR3 names, logos, trademarks, garment designs, graphics, artwork, photography, video, audio, text, website design, creative direction, and other original content — are owned by or licensed to MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Our Services and content are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Unless we provide prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, display, transmit, store, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content.
Nothing within these Terms grants you ownership or a license to use the intellectual property of MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™, Shopify, or any applicable third party except where expressly stated.
MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans may not be used without prior permission.

We may provide access to tools or functionality operated by third parties.
These tools may be provided “as is” and “as available,” and we do not necessarily monitor or control them.

MR3 is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with MR3.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and MR3, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with MR3.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our Services is handled according to the MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ Privacy Policy.
Because our Services are hosted through Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process certain personal information relating to your access and use of the Services.
Information submitted through our Services may be transmitted to Shopify and other service providers that help us operate MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™.

SECTION 11 — SMS + MOBILE MESSAGING
MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ uses Postscript to support our SMS and MMS communications.
By voluntarily opting into MR3 text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing communications at the mobile number you provide.
Messages may include collection releases, early access, restocks, promotions, cart reminders, events, and other MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ communications.
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from marketing text messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Your participation in our SMS program may also be subject to our Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy.
SECTION 12 — FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, ideas, suggestions, photographs, feedback, proposals, or other content to MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™, you represent that you have the necessary rights to provide that content.
By submitting such content, you grant MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that content for purposes including operating, improving, and promoting our Services.
You agree that your submissions will not violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party and will not contain unlawful, abusive, obscene, misleading, or malicious content.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms.

Information on our Services may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, or delivery estimates.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

You agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another party.

These Terms, together with the policies and operating rules referenced on our website, constitute the agreement between you and MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ regarding your use of the Services and supersede prior agreements or communications relating to those Services.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
MOV3 RIGHTEOUS™ may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under these Terms where permitted by applicable law.
